This is Why I love traveling to Greneda

Updated: Jan 21, 2019

Love at first sight. This sums up the reasons why I keep going back to this Island.

Grenada is a country consisting of 7 islands, the main island named Grenada and six small islands to the north. I will not go into the history of Grenada here, rather I will give you the reasons why I love visiting this spectacular place.

1) The Beaches :

If you love beaches, Grenada is heaven itself. There are over 45 public beaches in the spice island. While all these beaches are beautiful, my personal choice is the beach at George's Parish, Grand Anse Area. Enjoy the calm, clear and safe Caribbean sea. The sands are white and soft. There are many activities in this beach including but not limited to : Chilling, Kayaking Sailing, Swimming, and of course Eating and Drinking. Enjoy!

2) The Capital:

St George's is a very popular Caribbean tourist destination. While the town has only developed in recent years it has maintained its history and culture as well as the natural environment. St George's is surrounded by hillside of an old volcano, but no worries there. The moderate tropical climate makes this city an ideal place to have fun at night.

3) The Grenada Carnival:

Pictures speak louder than words:

4) The People:

What is the point of visiting a beautiful place only to feel unwelcome by prejudice or racist people? That's why I fell in love with Grenada. The people are so calm and friendly and they feel obligated to be super nice to visitors. As a matter of fact they feel honored when they treat their guests right. It's a matter of pride to these wonderful people. Men in Grenada usually carry Machetes, and while it can be intimidating at first, you will soon learn that they carry them to cut the bushes and cut open coconuts! Also the people of Grenada hate snakes even though they are mostly harmless.

5) The Diving:

Grenada has over 30+ diving sites. The coral reefs are the healthiest in the Caribbean and again let pictures (a video) speak louder than words:

5) The Food:

The food in Grenada is out of this world. The weather and the fertile land produces the best possible quality ingredients along with the spices the island is known for. Here is a blog about Grenadian food recipes and what to expect when you visit Grenada:

5) Citizenship By Investment:

For many foreign investors, Grenada is one of the easiest countries in the world to obtain it's citizenship. Within 4-5 months an investor can obtain a citizenship and become Grenadian! Learn more about obtaining Grenada Citizenship by investment.

To be continued..
